My Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor our work to your individual needs. My practice is grounded in person-centred therapy, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support you in exploring and making sense of your experiences.
I am informed by attachment theory and psychodynamic thinking, which helps us understand how early relationships and past experiences shape our present-day patterns, emotions, and relationships.
Above all, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe to be yourself.
